【Abstract】 A new kind of cavity insert instructure for the production of injection molding is designed in this paper,which can improve the electrode machining and mold gate polishing,and reduce the manufacture cost and time. This form of the 3-plate mold runner structure improvement grants the electrode the advantages of simple manufacture,which is beneficial for reducing production cost. Meanwhile,the mould cost is reduced and the productive efficiency gets rasied. It has a good application prospect.更多还原
