易于流道加工的三板模模仁结构改进设计
The Innovated Structural Design of Cavity Insert Easy for Runner Machining in 3-plate Mold
【摘要】 设计一种模仁结构,用于三板模注塑成型生产中,可改善电极加工及模仁浇口抛光,同时明显降低加工成本及加工时间.采用该种形式的的三板模模仁流道改进结构,可使电极制造简单,既有利于降低生产成本,又可使生产效率显著提高,具有很好的应用前景.
【Abstract】 A new kind of cavity insert instructure for the production of injection molding is designed in this paper,which can improve the electrode machining and mold gate polishing,and reduce the manufacture cost and time. This form of the 3-plate mold runner structure improvement grants the electrode the advantages of simple manufacture,which is beneficial for reducing production cost. Meanwhile,the mould cost is reduced and the productive efficiency gets rasied. It has a good application prospect.
