不同生长期当归电化学指纹图谱的研究
Studies on the electrochemical fingerprint of Radix Angelicae Sinensis at different growth periods
【摘要】 目的利用B-Z化学振荡体系建立不同生长期当归的电化学指纹图谱。方法采收不同生长期当归20批,采用H2SO4-KBr O3-CH2(COOH)2-Mn SO4为振荡体系,以当归为反应底物,应用电化学工作站记录化学振荡体系电位(E)随时间(t)的变化,获得当归电化学指纹图谱。结果不同生长期当归的电化学指纹图谱的波形及振荡参数经主成分分析均存在明显差异。结论应用该方法可以简便、快速、直观地对不同生长期当归进行鉴别。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish the electrochemical fingerprint of Radix Angelicae Sinensis at different growth periods by B-Z oscillating reaction. Methods H2SO4-KBr O3-CH2( COOH)2-Mn SO4 chemical oscillating system was used with 20 Angelicae Sinensis samples as reaction substrate to get the electrochemical fingerprint by recording the potential of oscillation over time using electrochemical workstation. Results The wave patterns and characteristics of oscillation in which Radix Angelicae Sinensis at different growth periods participated were different obviously and nicely identified by principal component analysis( PCA).Conclusion The novel method,with a number of advantages such as convenience,speediness and good reproducibility,could be used for identification and quality control of Radix Angelicae Sinensis at different growth periods.
