龙脉利缓释微丸处方优选研究

【摘要】 目的优选龙脉利缓释微丸的最佳处方。方法以性状、休止角、圆整度、成型率及总皂苷累积释放度为指标,筛选出处方中加入辅料的种类、配比及最佳包衣液处方组成。结果将穿山龙提取物和淀粉按1∶2比例混合,用90%乙醇作润湿剂,采用湿法制粒起模制成素丸,以苏丽斯包衣液包衣,使素丸增重10%,泛制法制成缓释微丸,于40℃热处理24h。结论龙脉利缓释微丸处方优选合理,可以为大生产提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the best formulation of Longmaili Sustained-Release Pellets. Methods As indicated by character,angle of repose,roundness and accumulative release rate of total saponins,screened out the speciesof materials added,mixture ratio and the best composition of coating formulation. Results Mixed according to Dioscorea nipponica extract:starch = 1∶2,90% ethanol as wetting agent,pellets made by the wet granulation die method,coated using Surelease coating solution,pellets weight increased of 10%,got Sustained-Release Pellets using the preparation method,heat treatment at 40℃ for 24 h. Conclusion Formulation Optimization of Longmaili Sustained-Release Pellets was reasonable,which could provide theoretical basis for production.
