【摘要】 目的考察青岛国风药业股份有限公司制药厂生产的快胃片对慢性胃炎患者的治疗效果。方法随机选取门诊87例诊断为慢性胃炎的患者,采用快胃片治疗(实验组)、快胃片联合吗丁啉治疗(联合用药组)、三九胃泰治疗(对照组),考察三组治疗方案的疗效。结果联合用药组对上腹痛、腹胀、嗳气及上腹压痛的有效率分别为93.75%、90.63%、87.25%及100%,优于对照组(三九胃泰),二组相比有显著性差异,P<0.05。三种治疗方案的疗效与用药时间成正比关系,联合用药组胃镜与病理检查结果也优于对照组,对浅表性胃炎疗效更显著,有效率达88.9%,高于对照组为57.14%。联合用药组对慢性胃炎疗效更佳,临床疗效高于实验组,有效率达95.83%~100%,与对照组相比有高度显著性差异,P<0.01。结论快胃片的抗炎和粘膜保护作用对慢性胃炎具有良好的治疗效果,与促进胃动力的药物吗丁啉合用可提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To clarify the effects of Kuaiwei Pian produced by Kotobuki Pharmaceutical Factory of Japanese Ajinomoto Company on patients who suffer chronic gastritis.Methods Randomly selected 87 cases of patients who suffered chronic gastritis,we used Kuaiwei Pian( experiment group),Kuaiwei Pian and domperidone( co-admination group),Sanjiu Weitai( control group) to clarify the effects on chronic gastritis.Results After six weeks,clinical effects are obvious,and the effective rate of epigastric pain,abdominal distention,belching and epigastric tenderness respectively is 93.75%,90.63%,87.25% and 100%.It’s better than the control group( Sanjiu Weitai).There is significant difference between the two groups,P < 0.05.The curative effect is in direct proportion to medication time; gastroscope and pathological examination result is better than control group; the curative effect of superficial gastritis is extremely obvious,and the effective rate can reach 88.9%,57.14% higher than the control group.The curative effect is better for chronic gastritis by combining Kuaiwei Pian with domperidone that affects gastrointestinal motility,and the clinical effect is better than Kuaiwei Pian only.The effective rate can reach 95.83%-100%.Compared with the control group,there is remarkable difference,P < 0.01.Conclusion Anti-inflammation of Kuaiwei Pian,mucosal protection effect and treatment effect prove the excellent curative effect of the medicine.If it can be used with domperidone that can effectively treat upper abdominal fullness and other symptom of digestive tract due to gastrointestinal motility dysfunction,curative effect can be improved.更多还原
