不同采收时间枸杞子中枸杞多糖和甜菜碱含量的分析

【摘要】 目的测定不同采收时间枸杞子中的枸杞多糖和甜菜碱含量,明确不同采收时间的枸杞子质量。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定枸杞子中的枸杞多糖含量,薄层色谱扫描法测定枸杞子中的甜菜碱含量。结果不同采收时间枸杞子中的枸杞多糖含量和甜菜碱含量均差异显著,两者以7月下旬采收的含量最高,分别为2.50%和1.02%;10月上旬采收的含量最低,分别为2.06%和0.76%。不同采收时间枸杞子中的枸杞多糖含量和甜菜碱含量呈相同的变化趋势,随采收时间的推迟而降低,两者均表现为7月下旬>8月中旬>8月下旬>10月上旬。结论枸杞子的枸杞多糖和甜菜碱含量因采收时间而变化。

【Abstract】 Objective o determinate polysaccharide and betaine content of Lycii Fructus and to clear quality of Lycii Fructus from different harvest time. Methods Uv- vis spectrophotometry was used to determinate polysaccharide content of Lycii Fructus. Thin layer chromatography scanning was used to determinate betaine content of Lycii Fructus. Results Polysaccharide and betaine contents of Lycii Fructus from different harvest time were significantly different,and were the maximum value in late July,2. 50% and 1. 02% respectively. Polysaccharide and betaine contents were the lowest in early October,2. 06% and 0. 76% respectively. Polysaccharide and betaine contents of Lycii Fructus showed same change trend and became lower with harvest time delayed. The both change order were: the late July > the middle of August > the late August > the early October. Conclusion Polysaccharide and betaine contents of Lycii Fructus were change with harvest time.
