【摘要】 目的观察益气解毒活络中药复方对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠血流变和纤维蛋白原(Fib)及尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)的影响。方法采用高脂高糖饲料喂养1周合并腹腔注射小剂量链尿佐菌素(STZ)方法建立2型DN大鼠模型。以西药盐酸贝那普利片作为阳性对照,中药干预分别以益气解毒活络中药复方预防量、高剂量、低剂量灌胃治疗。实验10周结束后,将各组大鼠处死取血,生化方法测大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)及mAlb;光镜观察肾组织形态结构变化(HE染色);用血流变仪测定全血粘度(高切、中切、低切);凝血四项分析仪测定血浆纤维蛋白原。结果模型组大鼠FBG、HbA1c及血β2-MG、全血粘度、血浆Fib、尿mAlb较正常组明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠FBG、HbA1c及血β2-MG、全血粘度、血浆Fib、尿mAlb显著降低(P<0.05);模型组大鼠出现明显的肾脏形态学异常改变,各治疗组肾脏病变明显减轻。结论 DN的发病机制可能与血流变、Fib的异常密切相关,益气解毒活络中药复方防治DN的发生发展可能是通过调节血流变、血浆Fib的异常实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of compound Chinese medicine Yiqi Jiedu activating method on Hemorheology and FIb Level in Rats with Type 2 Diabetes nephropathy.Methods The rat model was established by feeding of HG and HF diet with peritoneal injection of STZ.Interfere with Benazepril and Herbs.Hemorheology,Fib,FBG,HbA1c and β2-MG and mAlb were tested.The renal pathological changes were evaluated by HE staining.Observed the changes of Hemorheooly and fib.Results The levels of Hemorheology,Fib,FBG,HbA1c,β2and mAlb in the model group were obviously higher than those in the normal group(P < 0.05);Compared with model group,the result of Hemorheology,Fib,FBG,HbA1c,β2-MG and mAlb in the effected by drugs showed significantly lower(P < 0.05).The pathological changes of kidney tissue in the model group were obvious,and those in the treatment group were improved.Conclusion Pathogenesis of DN may have a closely relationship with Hemorheology and Fib,herbs of Yiqi Jiedu activating method in prevent and cure to DN may by regulating the abnormal of Hemorheology and Fib.更多还原
