巨噬细胞活化表型与肾脏疾病
Different activation phenotype macrophages in renal disease
【摘要】 巨噬细胞在肾组织的浸润及活化,在慢性肾脏病发生发展中发挥重要作用。巨噬细胞是一种异质性细胞,不同的活化表型发挥不同的生物学效应。M1型活化具有促炎及促纤维化作用,而M2型活化可能发挥抗纤维化及促进组织修复作用。本文就巨噬细胞的活化状态在肾脏疾病中作用的新进展进行综述,并展望通过调节巨噬细胞功能来治疗肾脏疾病的前景。
【Abstract】 Macrophage infiltration and activation plays an important role in the progression of chronic kidney diseases( CKD). Macrophages comprise a heterogeneous population of cells. Different activation phenotype macrophages play different function. M1 phenotype macrophages promote tissue inflammation and fibrosis,however M2 phenotype macrophages may play anti-fibrotic function and promote tissue repair. The present review provides an in-depth account of the role of activation phenotype macrophages in progression of CKD,and looks forward to using regulation of macrophage function as a tool to treat kidney diseases in the future.
