【摘要】 目的探讨CIK治疗前后不同时间点T细胞亚群变化对恶性肿瘤临床疗效的影响。方法采用流式细胞术对71例恶性肿瘤患者外周血T细胞亚群进行检测。结果与非转移组比较,转移组T淋巴细胞亚群绝对数值增高(P<0.01),乳腺癌肺转移(15例)Th、NK指标高于均值(35.67±5.28和25.62±7.24),增幅比率41.6%(15/36),CD4+/CD8+绝对值增幅>45%(由0.8±0.3到1.7±0.6;P<0.01)。转移组总有效率52.8%,非转移组总有效率91.4%。结论 CIK治疗对肿瘤负荷的缓解作用和提高疗效方面具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the change of T cell subsets before and after CIK cell therapy at different time points in patients with advanced malignant tumor and its clinical effects.Methods The T cell subsets before and after CIK cell therapy of 71 patients with malignant tumors were detected by flow cytometry.Results The absolute value of T cell subsets in metastatic group was significantly higher than that of non-metastatic group(P < 0.01).The Th and NK indexes in 15 cases of breast cancer with lung metastasis were significantly higher than mean index(35.67 ± 5.28 and 25.62 ± 7.24),the increase rate was 41.6%(15/36) and the CD4+/CD8+absolute increased more than 45%(from 0.8 ± 0.3 to 1.7 ± 0.6;P < 0.01).The total response rates were 52.8% and 91.4% in metastatic and non-metastatic groups,respectively.Conclusion Autologous CIK cell therapy has clinical significance for reducing tumor burden and improving clinical effects for malignant tumor.更多还原
