【摘要】 [目的]观察疏肝健脾宁心方治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组40例莫沙必利,5mg/次,3次/d,餐前30min口服;氟哌塞吨美利曲辛(黛力新),10.5mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组40例1疏肝健脾宁心方(柴胡10g,枳壳、郁金各15g,佛手、白术各10g,茯苓15g,白芍20g,当归10g,合欢皮15g,甘草6g;伴食积加山楂、鸡内金各10g;便秘加厚朴、莱菔子、火麻仁各15g;气虚加黄芪、太子参各30g;有上腹灼热感加石斛、麦冬各15g;兼郁热去当归加蒲公英15g,栀子10g;湿热去当归加黄芩10g;失眠加酸枣仁15g,远志10g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗56d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分(GSRS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)积分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程(56d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例,显效20例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈4例,显效15例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分(GSRS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)积分改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]疏肝健脾宁心方治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,值得推广。更多还原
