【摘要】 [目的]观察消风止嗽汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组38例必可酮气雾剂,100μg/次,2次/d;酮替芬,1mg/次,2次/d,1周后改为每晚1片。治疗组38例消风止嗽汤(荆芥12g,防风9g,蝉蜕6g,当归15g,白前12g,桔梗15g,百部l2g,紫菀15g,苍术12g,牛蒡子9g,甘草6g,紫苏子12g,炙麻黄6g),水煎300mL,1剂/d,早晚分服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、外周血干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈16例,显效13例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率92.11%。对照组治愈8例,显效10例,有效9例,无效11例,总有效率71.05%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]消风止嗽汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiao feng Zhisou Decoction in treatment of cough variant asthma. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,76 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to treatment order numbers. The control group 38 cases beclomethasone spray,100μg/times,2times/d;and ketotifen,1mg/times,1time/d,after 1 weeks to 1 tablets every night. The treatment group 38 cases Xiaofeng Zhisou decoction(Jingjie 12 g,Fangfeng 9g,Cantui 6g,Danggui 15 g,Baiqian 12 g,Jiegeng 15 g,Baibu12g,Ziyuan 15 g,Cangzhu 12 g,niubangzi 9g,Gancao 6g,Zishuzi 12 g,Zhimahuang 6g),1dose/d,boiling water 300 ml,oral sooner or later.Continuous treatment of 28 d a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,INF-γ and IL-4 of peripheral blood,adverse reactions.Treatment 1treatment,to judge the curative effect. [Results] In the treatment group,16 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 92.11%. In the control group,8 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,11 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 71.05 %。The total effective rate of treament group was better than the control group(P<0.05).
