【摘要】 [目的]观察通栓活络汤治疗痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组40例奥扎格雷钠,80mg/次,1次/d,连续14d;阿司匹林肠溶片,100mg/次,1次/d;胞二磷胆碱0.5~1g+5%葡萄糖250mL,1次/d;对症治疗。治疗组40例通栓活络汤(半夏、白术各15g,石菖蒲20g,陈皮15g,川芎、桃仁各20g,红花10g,水蛭8g,地龙15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医证候、神经系统症状体征、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效、中医证候、神经功能缺损改善疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]通栓活络汤联合西药治疗痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风疗效满意。更多还原
