聚合物驱后油藏夹层分布及其对剩余油的控制
The Distribution of Interlayer and Its Control on Remaining Oil Distribution in Oil Reservoirs after Polymer Flooding
【摘要】 为了研究聚合物驱后油藏夹层对剩余油的控制作用,采用密闭取心井和新钻井测井资料对聚驱后油藏——孤岛中一区Ng3进行夹层识别,并利用建立的夹层识别标准对中一区Ng3的油水井进行夹层解释。其中物性夹层较多,占47.9%;其次为灰质夹层,占36.1%;泥质夹层发育较少,仅占16.0%。设计变流线井网加密调整方式,井网调整设计加密新井17口,其中新油井8口,新水井9口。针对夹层对聚合物驱后油藏剩余油的控制作用和对新井产量的影响进行分析,结果表明,孤岛中一区Ng3夹层较发育,延伸距离大于一个井距的泥质夹层能够控制聚驱后油藏层内剩余油的分布,夹层附近剩余油饱和度在45%以上。而物性夹层和灰质夹层分布范围较小,基本不起控油作用。夹层分布范围大,能起到遮挡作用的油井投产初期产油量较高,综合含水在90%以下。
【Abstract】 In order to know the control of the interlayer on remaining oil of the oil reservoirs after polymer flooding,the interlayer is identified by sealing core drilling data and new drilling data and the established recognition criteria of the interlayer are applied to interlayer interpretation of the oil and water wells in Ng3 oil reservoirs after polymer flooding in Zhong1 unit of Gudao oilfield.There is more physical property interlay-er,accounting for 47.9%;calcareous interlayer is less,accounting for 36.1% and muddy interlayer is little,accounting for 16.0%.Well pattern thickening and adjustment that changing flooding direction is designed,and there are 17 new infill wells(8 new oil wells and 9 new water wells).After the analysis on the control of interlayer on remaining oil distribution and the impact on the production of new wells,the results show that the Ng3 interlayer is developed well in Zhong1 unit.The distribution range is small for the physical and the calcareous interlayer,which plays no role on the remaining oil distribution.The muddy interlayer with extension distance more than one well spacing could control the distribution of the remaining oil of the oil reservoirs after polymer flooding.There are more than 45% remaining oil near the interlayer.The oil wells with barrier have higher oil production and less than 90% of the water cut in initial production for large interlayer distribution.
