【Abstract】 Higher vocational college culture is the occupational standard,orientation of value and behavior standard of employed members after a long-term occupation practice. It is the educational culture of the teaching methods processing and services after realizing the goal of cultivating talents with the characteristics of occupation,diversity,development and practice. It has significant role in promoting the washback of worshiping the educational and technical rationality and in realizing the talents training goal and training professional characteristics in Higher Vocational education.
