【摘要】 目的:研究胃癌中Rho A及C-myc蛋白的表达及其其相关性,初步探讨它们在胃癌的侵袭转移中的生物学意义。方法:应用免疫组化SABC法,检测46例胃癌组织、20例正常胃黏膜组织中Rho A及Cmyc蛋白的表达情况,比较其与临床病理指标的关系及表达的相关性。结果:胃癌组织Rho A、C-myc表达的阳性率明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);Rho A、C-myc表达水平与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度有关(P<0.05);Rho A与C-myc具有相关性(r=0.62,P<0.05)。结论:提示Rho A与C-myc的表达与胃癌生物学行为密切相关;在胃癌发展过程中,两者可能共同作用,参与细胞的癌变过程,并促进癌变细胞的浸润、转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of Rho A and C-myc in gastric carcinoma, and to discuss the action in infiltration and metastasis of gastric carcinoma as well as their dependability. Methods Rho A protein expression and C-myc protein expression were detected by immunohistochemical method in 46 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal tissues..Rho A protein expression was compared with clinical pathologic parameters as related to C-myc. Results The positive rate of Rho A,C-myc were significantly higher in gastric carcinoma than in normal tissue(P < 0.05). The expression of Rho A and C-myc were associated with the loss of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and deep invasion(P < 0.05). There was a significant correlation between Rho A and C-myc(r = 0.62, P < 0.05). Conclusions The data suggests that the expression level of Rho A protein was closely related to biological behavior of gastric carcinoma. Rho A and C-myc were possibly both correlated with the infiltration and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
