白细胞介素-17A在复发缓解型多发性硬化发病机制中的作用研究
Role of IL-17A in the pathogenesis of relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis
【摘要】 目的:探讨白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)在复发缓解型多发性硬化(RRMS)发病机制中的作用。方法:设立MS(a)组(轻型RRMS患者,EDSS评分<5分),MS(b)组(重型RRMS患者,EDSS评分>5分)和对照组,ELISA方法检测3组外周血及脑脊液中IL-17A的水平。结果:血清和脑脊液中IL-17A水平比较:MS(b)组>MS(a)组>对照组。Pearson相关性分析显示RRMS患者血清IL-17A与脑脊液中IL-17A水平呈正相关[MS(a)组血清与MS(a)组脑脊液间r=0.445,P=0.049;MS(b)组血清与MS(b)组脑脊液间r=0.968,P=0.000]。结论:IL-17A在RRMS发病机制中发挥重要作用,IL-17A水平与MS病情相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of interleukin 17A(IL-17A) in the pathogenesis of relapsingremitting multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods All subjects were divided into MS group A(mild RRMS patients,EDSS score < 5 points),MS group B(serious RRMS patients,EDSS score > 5 points) and control group.The levels of IL-17A in the peripheral serum and cerebrospinal fluid were determined by ELISA method.Results Both in the serum and the cerebrospinal fluid,the level of IL-17A in the MS group B was greater than that in the MS group A and the level of IL-17A in the MS group A was greater than that in the control group.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of IL-17A in the serum is positively correlated to that in the cerebrospinal fluid(r = 0.445 and P = 0.049 for the MS group A,r = 0.968 and P = 0.000 for the MS group B).Conclusion IL-17A plays a potential role in the pathogenesis of MS.The level of IL-17A is associated with patient′s condition.
