【摘要】 目的了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测者(voluntary counseling testing,VCT)的精神卫生状况,为VCT心理关怀和干预提供依据,促进有效应对和艾滋病的预防。方法采用咨询个案登记表和症状自评量表对500例VCT者进行测评。结果 500例艾滋病VCT者其各症状因子均分、总分、总均分均高于国内常模,其中,抑郁、焦虑和恐怖(P<0.001)、人际敏感和敌对情绪(P<0.05)得分显著高于国内常模,且女性比男性得分更高。结论艾滋病VCT者存在不同程度的精神卫生问题,应加强心理关怀和心理干预,对促进VCT有效广泛开展和艾滋病防治有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of mental health related to AIDS voluntary counseling and testing( VCT),so as to provide a basis for VCT psychological care and intervention and to promote coping ability against AIDS. Methods Totally, 500 individual cases were appraised by case registration form and Symptom Checklist 90( SCL- 90). Results Among the 500 individual cases,the mean score of each symptom factor,the total score and the total mean score were higher than those of domestic norm,and the scores of depression,anxiety and horror,interpersonal sensitivity and hostility were significantly higher than those of domestic norm( P < 0. 05),and females’ scores were higher than males’. Conclusions AIDS patients who take VCT have different kinds of mental health problems. Psychological care and intervention should be strengthened for promoting extensive VCT practice and effective HIV / AIDS prevention and control.更多还原
