多层螺旋CT骨盆低剂量扫描的应用与研究

【摘要】 目的在临床采用低剂量的多层螺旋CT对育龄男女的骨盆进行扫描,并对其临床应用价值进行探讨。方法回顾我院需CT扫描的84例骨盆疾病患者病例。患者临床进行1次常规剂量(210 mAs)的扫描后,分别用低剂量(50 mAs,25 mAs)进行加扫。对患者的权重CT剂量学指数和CT图像的质量进行对比分析。结果以25 mAs剂量进行扫描时,CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)是常规剂量的11%,扫描图像的质量和常规剂量结果间的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);以50 mAs的剂量扫描时,CTDIvol是常规剂量的22%,扫描图像的质量和常规剂量结果间的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论选择低剂量(50 mAs)对育龄男女骨盆进行扫描,不仅能确保患者骨盆影像的质量,又能减少患者扫描中所受的辐射。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of low-dose CT screening and the reasonable dose in the pelvis diseases of male/ female at child-bearing age. Methods Eighty-four cases with pelvis diseases in our hospital were respectively analyzed. Each patient was scanned with routine dose(210 mAs) and the low dose(50 mAs, 25 mAs)scan was performed additionally under the permission of the patients. Except the tube current(mA), the other scan parameters were all the same. The differences of CTDIvol(CT dose index) and image quality in different groups were compared. Results Compared to routine scanning, 25 mAs in CTDIvol was 11% of the routine scanning, but the differences of the image quality was statistically significant(P<0.01); While, CTDI vol of 50 mAs was 22%, and the difference of the image quality had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Low dose CT scanning(50 mAs)can decrease the radiation dose and assure the image quality.
