【摘要】 目的分析19例未察觉的低血糖症患者误诊情况,提高临床医生对该病的认识。方法选择我院急诊科2011年9月—2013年5月收治的未察觉的低血糖症患者19例,回顾性分析其误诊情况及转归。结果误诊情况:脑炎6例、脑梗死及脑出血各4例、癫痫3例、癔症2例。转归:17例患者经治疗后症状迅速缓解,1例患者昏迷13h后清醒,1例合并脑梗死患者因误诊27 h后死亡。结论医务人员应提高对未察觉的低血糖症的认识,做出正确的诊断与鉴别诊断,及时采取有效治疗方法,以免造成反复低血糖、低血糖性自主神经功能障碍等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnostic errors of 19 patients with unaware hypoglycaemia,to improve the clinician’s awareness. Methods Diagnostic errors and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed of 19 patients with unaware hypoglycaemia admitted to the Department of Emergency in our hospital from September 2011 to May 2013. Results Diagnostic errors:6 cases misdiagnosed as encephalitis,4 cases as cerebral infarction,4 cases as intracerebral hemorrhage,3 cases as epilepsy and 2 cases as hysteria. 17 cases got quickly relieved after treatment,1 case with coma recoveried in 13 hours,1 case with cerebral infarction died in 27 hours due to diagnostic errors. Conclusion Clinicians should increase the recognition of unaware hypoglycaemia,make correct diagnosis and identification diagnosis,and take regular treatment,to avoid repeated hypoglycemia and hypoglycaemia- associated autonomic failure.更多还原
