【摘要】 药物制剂专业实验是注重培养学生对于药物的剂型设计、工艺优化、质量控制和合理应用的一门应用性和实践性课程。药物制剂教研室针对传统药物制剂实验教学现状的不足之处,从改善教学模式、提高实验课科研含量并培养学生科研设计能力、加强与药品实际生产相结合这三个方面,探讨了完善药物制剂专业实验教学的经验,实现了"以问题为基础、以学生为中心、以小组为单位"的自我导向式学习,也实现了实验室实验与科研和实际生产相结合,加强了大学生实验能力的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pharmaceutics is a comprehensive course with strong practicalness and operability,it requires students to integrate knowledge and skills to complete drug formulation design,manufacturing processes optimization,quality control,and rational application. Based on the current pharmaceutical experimental teaching status,the Pharmaceutical Experimental Teaching Center in East China University of Science and Technology puts forward ideas about innovating experimental teaching by modifying teaching methods,and combining scientific research with experimental teaching class. The reform can contribute to students’ research capability,and strengthen the cooperation with enterprise. Thus,it realizes problem-based learning,integrates experimental teaching with scientific research and practical production,and strengthens the cultivation of the experimental ability of undergraduates.更多还原
