形状参数对霍尔效应性能影响的理论研究
Study on the Hall Effects Relate to Shape Parameters
【摘要】 影响霍尔效应的因素较多,形状参数是其中之一,但目前对此的研究往往多是以实验方式来描述其影响情况,而没有进行具体的理论分析和研究。以较为典型的长方形霍尔元件为例,通过理论分析和运算明晰了该参数对霍尔效应影响的机理。分析得出霍尔元件表面的长宽比越大,霍尔效应越明显,同时综合考虑其他的一些因素,如:输入输出电阻、功耗及电路的短路效应等等,分析得到一个相应的实际常用的一个长宽比。
【Abstract】 Hall effect is widely used today. There are many factors affecting the properties of Hall devices. The shape parameter is one of the effect factors. But the study on the Hall effects related to shape parameters is usually developed with experiment. There is no theoretical analysis and research. In this paper,it takes a typical rectangular Hall elements as an example. The shape parameters are included. The shape parameters affecting the properties of Hall device are studied by analyzing and calculating with physics theory. The results show that the bigger ratio of length and width is,the more sensitive of Hall effect is. While taking into account other factors,such as input / output resistors,power consumption,and short-circuiting of the circuit,and so on,a proper ratio of length and width is found.
