【摘要】 以建设国家级临床技能实验教学示范中心为契机,南通大学在临床实践教学体系、师资队伍、管理模式、运行机制和以人为本的环境设施建设等方面进行了一系列综合改革与创新。提出了"一个中心"、"两种环境"、"三大平台"、"四项要求"的实验教学理念,为学生临床基本技能和临床思维的培养搭建先进的实验教学平台,按照《临床执业医师实践技能考试大纲》和《中国医学生临床技能操作指南》设置、调整和更新实验课程。注重模拟临床环境与真实临床环境的结合,同时整合各临床学科技能训练内容,南通大学探索出了一套教学理念先进、课程结构合理、模拟环境逼真、教学效果反馈的临床技能训练模式,获得了良好的教学效果,为地方综合性大学临床技能训练中心的发展提供了可借鉴的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of comprehensive reforms and renovations were conducted in the construction of clinical practice teaching system,team building,management mode,operating mechanism and people-oriented facilities by taking the construction of the state clinical skills experimental teaching demonstration center as an opportunity. The experimental teaching philosophy of " one center,two environments,three platforms and four requirements " were proposed. The advanced experimental teaching platform for training basic clinical skills and thinking were reconstructed. The clinical experiment courses were adjusted and updated according to Clinical Practitioners Practical Skills Examination Syllabus and Clinical Skills of Chinese Medical Students Operation Guide. We focused on combining with simulative and real clinical environment,integrating the clinical skill training content and exploring a set of clinical skills training modes that possessed advanced teaching ideas,reasonable curriculum structure,lifelike simulative environment,and teaching effects feedback. Many outstanding achievements were made. It is useful as reference to promote development of clinical skills training center of local comprehensive university.
