【摘要】 从创新研究型生物学实验室的教学任务和管理模式入手,根据实验室目前开设的实验课程,包括系统生物学实验、生物大分子晶体学实验、高级生化与分子生物学实验和高级神经生物学实验,对创新研究型生物学实验室的管理模式进行探索,建立了一个集教学与科研为一体的综合实验室运作体系。同时强调了创新研究型生物学实验室的开放创新功能,承担了大学生创新实验和国际遗传工程机器竞赛等项目的实施。在实行开放式管理的模式下,通过对时间和空间的统筹规划、集中管理和合理调配,已在创新人才培养方面取得了显著成绩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the task of teaching and the management mode in the innovative research biological laboratory,according to the main experimental courses which include the Systems Biology Experiments,the Protein Crystallography Experiments,the Experimental Process for Biological pharmaceutical Products,and the Advanced Neurobiology Experiments,the paper explores the management mode in the innovative research biological laboratory,and a comprehensive laboratory was established to provide space of teaching and research.In addition,it emphasizes the opening innovation function of the innovative research biological laboratory,and undertakes the implementation of the Innovative Experiment Program and the International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition.In implementing the open management mode,the lab sticks to the daily management measures of integrated planning,centralizes management,and reasonably allocates in time and space.It has made remarkable achievements in the cultivation of innovative talents.更多还原
