光弹实验在有限元建模中的应用

【摘要】 根据有限元软件计算出的应力值反演光弹条纹图,以对径受压圆环和紧凑拉伸试件为例研究应力集中区域网格疏密和网格形式对应力解的影响,并以三点弯梁为例研究边界条件对应力解的影响。对比有限元应力解模拟条纹图和实验条纹图,可得出只要网格划分合适,边界条件相符,模拟条纹图与实验条纹图能够非常吻合。此方法能够直观地反映出有限元建模过程中的模型和边界条件是否合理,并对其进行优化。

【Abstract】 The photoelastic fringe patterns are simulated by finite element stress solution.By examples the influences of the mesh density and mesh form to the stress solution are analyzed in the stress concentration area.The influences of the boundary conditions to the stress solution are also analyzed.Through the contrast of simulative photoelastic fringe pattern by finite element stress solution and experimental photoelastic fringe pattern,the conclusion is that the simulative fringe pattern and experimental fringe pattern can be very consistent in conditions of the proper meshing and correct boundary conditions.So this method can directly reflect that the model and boundary conditions are reasonable or not,and according to which the model and boundary conditions can be optimized.
