基于相对综合心率的体力劳动强度评价实验设计

【摘要】 为了寻求一种简单、方便的体力劳动强度评价方法,分析了国内外各种体力劳动强度的评价方法,提出将相对综合心率作为体力劳动强度评价标准,并对实验器材进行了优选,采用踏车和Polar心率表作为实验器材,并进行了实验设计。实验证实了体力劳动强度与相对综合心率之间的线性关系,同时相对综合心率考虑了作业者个体之间的生理差异,更为科学可靠,并且实验过程简单、方便。

【Abstract】 In order to find a simple and convenient physical strength evaluation method,various physical strength evaluation methods presented at home and abroad are analyzed,and relatively integrated heart rate is put forward as evaluation index for physical strength evaluation. Laboratory equipment is optimized. Treadwheel and polar heart rate monitor watch are selected as experimental equipment and the design of experiment is completed. Common physical strength evaluation methods include breath analysis test,energy metabolism,and heart rate. The first two are used for the job since they can’t be performed by continuous dynamic measurement; also have complex experiment process which affects the normal activities of the operator. Besides,some operators can not adapt to the measurements. Experiment confirms the linear relationship between physical strength and relatively integrated heart rate. Furthermore,relatively comprehensive rate considers the physiological differences between individual operators,so,it is more scientific and reliable. Moreover,the experiment process is quite simple.
