【摘要】 实验动物在医学实验教学中有着重要的地位和作用,同时对其管理和使用都有相应的法律法规进行规范和监督。现就医学实验教学动物的需求、特点、计划、饲养与管理进行分析与讨论。实验生理科学探索性实验动物计划的制定,在确保教学质量的前提下关注生物安全,探索制订了"探索性实验动物使用指引",医学教学实验动物的有效计划取得显著成效,即满足教学需求又注重生物安全,即注重动物福利又节省动物资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 The laboratory animal is an important part in medical experimental teaching,and the management and use of laboratory animals should be regulated and supervised under laws and regulations. In this paper,the demand of medical experimental teaching animals,characteristics,planning and management are analyzed and discussed. On the premise of ensuring teaching quality and biosafety,A User Guide of Exploratory Experimental Animals is edited based on experimental physiological science,and the guide achieves significant results,meets the demand of teaching and pays attention to biological safety,namely pays more attention to animal welfare and animal resources saving.
