实践教学“分类”化管理模式的研究与实践

【摘要】 为了培养学生的创新意识和实践能力,依据课程特点,把实践教学划分为基本技能类实践课程、专业基础技能类实践课程、专业技能类实践课程、综合类实践课程四大类实践课程体系,根据不同类别的实践课程确定不同的考核方法和评价方法。考核采取定性和定量考核相结合,评价采取过程和结果评价相结合的方式,通过考核掌握学生学习和教师教学上存在的问题,通过评价找出学生学习和教师教学上存在问题的原因和解决问题的方法,从而提高教师的教学水平和学生的学习质量,更有效地培养学生的创新意识和实践能力。

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate the students ’ innovation consciousness and practice ability,on the basis of the characteristics of the course,the practical teaching is classified four practice teaching categories corresponding to the basic skills practice course. The four categories are theory courses system,professional basic skills practice courses,professional skills practice teaching and comprehensive practice course. Different categories of practical courses determine the different assessment method and evaluation method. Examination is a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation,evaluation is a combination of process evaluation and result evaluation. By the examination existing problems in students’ learning and teachers teaching can be found,by the evaluation the solutions for these problems existed can be made out. The reform is to improve the teaching level of teachers and students’ learning quality,is more effective to cultivate students’ innovation consciousness and practice ability.
