铝-碳钢复合管传热性能的实验研究

【摘要】 复合管中附着的铝层以及铝层和碳钢层之间的间隙增加了整个传热过程中的热阻,使得复合管的传热效果有所下降,从而降低了表面蒸发器的使用效率。研究了铝-碳钢复合管中附着的铝层对换热管传热效果的影响程度,在并联的2个套管式换热器上分别对铝-碳钢复合管和普通碳钢管的传热性能进行对比实验。结果表明,铝-碳钢复合管的总传热系数比普通碳钢管平均低7.8%,该误差符合工业应用条件,可为在表面蒸发器中使用铝-碳钢复合管提供了可行性依据。

【Abstract】 Applying the aluminum-carbon steel composite pipe in the surface evaporator can effectively increase its life span without increasing cost,but the aluminum layer of the composite pipe and the gap between aluminum layer and carbon steel layer increase the thermal resistance so to decrease the heat transfer effect of the composite pipe. Thus the efficiency in the use of the surface evaporator is reduced. This paper focuses on the degree of the influence of heat transfer performance for the aluminum layer in the aluminum-carbon steel composite pipe. Based on the study of the heat transfer performance of aluminum-carbon steel composite pipe,it is found that the total heat transfer coefficient of carbon steel composite pipe is 7. 8% lower to the average,thus the use of aluminum-carbon steel composite pipe in the surface evaporator is feasible.
