【摘要】 针对长余辉发光材料SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+掺杂体系,从饱和激发时间、样品表面状况、入射光的强度和角度等影响其固体荧光光谱的各因素逐一进行研究,探索满足该类材料进行定性及定量分析测试要求实验条件。实验结果表明,当测试条件设定为样品台位于30°,以365 nm紫外光作为激发光,激发狭缝6 nm,发射狭缝0.5 nm,饱和激发时间180 s且样品背面不透光时,样品发射光谱具有很高的检测灵敏度和重复性,并且测试的相对偏差可以控制在3%以内,基本满足固体荧光强度定量测试要求,可以作为一种更方便、快捷的检测手段应用于固体荧光材料制备方案优化、材料性能评判等领域。

【Abstract】 The spectral structure and intensity of photoluminescence materials is a direct approach to many important materials measurement. Fluorescence spectrophotometer is a kind of instrument to make qualitative and quantitative analysis. It is difficult to quantitative intensity test substances solid fluorescence due to serious stray light phenomenon. An Improvement of spectral characterization for Long Afterglow Phosphors SrAl2O4: Eu2 +,Dy3 +will make it meet the solid fluorescence intensity quantitative testing requirements. The test conditions are as follows: the sample platform in 30 degrees,with 365 nm ultraviolet light as stimulated luminescence,excitation slit is 6 nm,emission slit is 0. 5 nm, saturation excitation time is 180 s and the back of the sample is not transparent. The relative deviation of sample emission repeatability test can be controlled below 3%. A more convenient,fast detection method is provided for solid fluorescence materials preparation and material performance evaluation.
