多功能全自动文件检验仪的设计

【摘要】 文件检验是一种常见的司法鉴定手段,是应用红外吸收、反射、投射、测光、紫外荧光和单色光激发荧光等光学检测原理,对文件中的掩盖字迹、压痕字迹、消退、涂改、擦刮、水印以及浅淡文字、印文等进行鉴别。设计了一种低成本、自动化程度高、能满足鉴定要求的文件检验系统,它采用覆盖短波紫外光、长波紫外光、可见光、红外光的高强度、连续扫描输出的光源系统作为照射光源,采用自动变焦、对焦的光学镜头及高分辨率CCD摄像机作为接收部件,开发一套集仪器控制、图像采集、文件管理、图像存储、增强、比对等功能为一体的软件,构成一台多功能全自动文件检验仪。

【Abstract】 Document examination is a kind of usual method for judicial expertise. It is used to identify smeared handwriting,indented handwriting,fading,alteration,scrape,watermarking,lightness characters,seal stamps in the documents with the optical detection principles,such as infrared absorption, reflection, projection, photometry,ultraviolet fluorescence,monochromatic light excited fluorescence,etc. This article presented a document examination system with low-cost,high degree of automation. The system can meet the requirements of identification. It used shortwave ultraviolet light,long-wave ultraviolet light,visible light,infrared light with high-strength covered and continuously scanned light source system as the radiation light source,and used automatic zoom,focus optical lens and highresolution CCD camera as a receiver unit. A set of software was programmed by using functions of instrument control,image capture,document management,image storage,enhancement,comparison and other functions. A versatile fullautomatic video spectral comparator was completed.
