中国长足寄蝇亚科生物信息综合数据库的设计与实现
Considerable dexiine tachinid flies of china bioinformatics design and implementation of a comprehensive database
【摘要】 长足寄蝇亚科昆虫世界已知13族260属1 000余种,中国有9族35属118种;对其外形、生活史、生态习性、地理分布、寄主类型、起源及演化等的研究产生了海量数据。这就涉及到海量数据的存储与检索。主要从数据建模、数据库表的设计、数据存储、数据检索,以及数据挖掘几个方面介绍长足寄蝇亚科生物信息综合数据库的建设,实现将生物学基础研究全过程的信息通过计算机技术和手段进行综合存储。将生物形态学与分子生物学数据结合起来,根据研究领域的特点和科研成果交流需要,该项目已经应用在本科生、研究生的教学、科研和科学普及社会服务中。
【Abstract】 There are more than 1 000species,260genera and 13tribes in the subfamily Dexiinae of tachinid flies in the world,and 9tribes,35genera and 118specias in China.In order to study their external characters,life cycle,ecological habits,geographical distribution,types,hosts,origin and evolution,it needs huge data storage and processing technologies.Here it introduces a database solution for the comprehensive information processing of Dexiinae with data modeling,database design,data storage,and data retrieval.Using this database solution,it provides computer methods to store all processes data of the fundamental researches in biology which combines the data from both bological morphology and molecular biology.Now this solution has been applied into the undergraduate and postgraduate education,researches as well as popular science,social service.
