【摘要】 目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(PSS)患者血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平变化与PSS患者组织损伤实验室检测指标关系。方法采用ELISA法检测50例PSS患者,38例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者,42例正常对照者的IL-17水平;并检测ANA、IgG、RF、抗SSA、抗SSB、γ球蛋白和ESR等组织损伤指标。结果 PSS组IL-17水平为(38.6±10.5)pg/ml,高于对照组(6.1±3.2)pg/ml(P<0.05)。抗核抗体(ANA)阳性、类风湿因子(RF)阳性、腮腺肿痛的PSS患者IL-17水平高于各自阴性对照组(P<0.05)。PSS患者血清IL-17水平与免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及血沉(ESR)呈明显正相关(r=0.651,P<0.05;r=0.714,P<0.05)。结论 PSS患者组血清IL-17水平高于对照组,研究结果提示IL-17参与了PSS的发病过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between the change of serum IL-17 level and other laboratory indexes in patients with primary Sjgren’s syndrome( PSS). Methods Fifty cases of PSS,38 cases of rheumatoid arthritis and 42 healthy controls were recruited in this study. The serum IL-17 levels of the three groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA),the tissue damage indicators such as ANA,IgG,RF,anti-SSA,anti-SSB,γ globulin and ESR were also tested. Results The serum level of IL-17 in PSS patients [( 38. 6 ± 10. 5) pg / ml]was higher than that of the healthy controls[( 6. 1 ± 3. 2) pg / ml],P < 0. 05. The levels of serum IL-17 in the ANA positive group,RF positive group and parotid gland swelling pain group were all higher than that in the negative controls. The level of serum IgG and ESR in PSS patients increased obviously and showed positive correlation with IL-17( r = 0. 651,P < 0. 05: r = 0. 714,P < 0. 05).
