【摘要】 无论是在疾病的诊断和治疗,还是在复发的预测与干预方面,克罗恩病依然是一个困扰临床的难题。对肠道微生态的研究为我们破解这个难题提供了新的思路。初步的研究提示,克罗恩病患者特征性的肠道菌群改变在疾病的诊断、治疗以及复发的判断等方面显示出潜在的应用价值。可以预见,随着研究的深入,肠道微生态在克罗恩病的临床应用中将发挥更重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crohn’s disease(CD) remains a difficult clinical problem for us either in the diagnosis and treatment or in the prediction and prevention of recurrence. However,it provides us a new perspective to deal with CD to study the intestinal microbiota of patients with CD. Preliminary studies suggest that the characteristic changes of intestinal microbiota in patients with CD showed us the potential value in the diagnosis,treatment and prediction of recurrence in CD. It can be foreseen that with further study intestinal microbiota will play a more important role in clinical management of CD.更多还原
