【摘要】 在建设创新型国家的时代背景下,高等农林院校通过深化校企合作强化实践育人的探索与实践,以期突破大学生实践创新能力培养的瓶颈。校企合作范式包括松散型双元制、紧密型双元制和紧密型三元制校企合作形式,校企合作实质是体制机制、技术产品和人才培养的协同创新,校企合作是建设创新型国家的战略需求、产业升级健康发展的现实需求、拔尖创新人才培养的迫切需求和深化改革创新实践育人模式的迫切需求。以西北农林科技大学为例,阐明了校企合作构建创新性、综合性和实践性农科类专业实践教学新体系,强化实践育人实现研究型高等农林院校人才培养目标,确定深化校企合作,构建产学研紧密结合的实践教学新体系,将实践教学提升到与理论教学并重的地位,不断改革实践教学内容,增强大学生的创新意识与实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under this circumstance in building an innovative country,deepening cooperation between universities and enterprises,thus,enhancing the exploring and practice of practice cultivation of university-enterprise cooperation on Agriculture and Forestry universities,to break through the bottleneck on training of students’ practical innovation ability.The paradigm of university-enterprise cooperation includes loose,close dual system and close three-element system types.The essence of the cooperation is synergistic innovation among system and mechanism,technology products and talent cultivation.Such cooperation is the strategic demand of building an innovative country,the reality needs of industrial upgrade and healthy development,the urgent needs of creating top-notch and innovative talents,deepening reform and practice cultivation.Taking the Northwest A&F University as an example,this article illustrates the new practical teaching system of constructing innovative,comprehensive and practical,thus strengthens practical cultivation to achieve the education goals of research agriculture and Forestry University.Further,confirms to deepen the university-enterprise cooperation,establish the production,teaching and research closely combined new practical teaching system,will promote the equal status with theory teaching.Reform practical teaching contents constantly,then enhance the students’ innovation consciousness and practice ability.更多还原
