合成贝诺酯实验的优化与实践
Optimization and Practice of the Experiment for the Synthesis of Benorylate
【摘要】 药物化学本科教学实验——合成贝诺酯的实验效果不理想,拟对其进行优化。使用甲苯-水为反应溶剂,通过对溶剂中水的用量、甲苯用量、反应中氢氧化钠用量,以及反应搅拌情况等多方面单因素筛选,提出新实验方案并进行验证。结果表明:实验优化后,不仅操作条件易于控制,产率提高近一倍,而且有利于减轻师生教与学的负担,使学生在有限的时间里收获更大、效率更高。
【Abstract】 In the teaching of medicinal chemistry experiment,the drug synthesis of Benorilate is not very satisfactory. A new experiment scheme which takes toluene and water as the reaction solvent is proposed and tested,by the sodium hydroxide dosage,the toluene solvent dosage,solvent of water dosage and the stirring conditions of the reaction screening. The results showed that with the experimental optimization,the operating condition is not only easy to control,but also the yield is increased nearly doubled. Meanwhile,it is helpful for reducing the burden of teaching and learning,so that students can harvest more efficient in the limited time.
