【Abstract】 According to the present situation of instrumental analysis experimental course,the quantitative analysis on gas chromatography / mass spectrometer( GC / MS) by external standard method was disscussed in this paper. It also introduced the working principle and the major components of GC / MS. Through this experiment,students could master the operation approach,summarize a variety of quantitative analysis methods,and learn the skill of selecting characteristic ions. In addition,this experiment had also improved the students’ learning interest and developed the students’ ability to analyze and solve problems.更多还原
