SOX-2在成釉细胞瘤和牙源性囊肿的表达
SOX-2 expression in ameloblastoma and odontogenic cyst
【摘要】 采用免疫组化法检测显示,SOX-2在23例成釉细胞瘤中有21例呈阴性表达,2例实性多囊性呈部分阳性表达,而在23例牙源性囊肿上皮中均呈阳性表达。
【Abstract】 Immunohistochemistry examination showed that SOX-2 was expressed in all 23 cases of odontogenic cyst and in 2 cases of polycystic ameloblastoma.
