树脂粘接剂对放射线损伤牙本质粘接效果的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:评价全酸蚀粘接系统和自酸蚀粘接系统对放射线损伤牙本质的粘接效果。方法:将20颗新鲜完整的离体第三磨牙暴露牙本质面,随机分成4组(n=5):P R和G R为对照组,P1和G1为实验组。实验组分次完成总量为60 Gy的照射。选用全酸蚀粘接系统Prime&Bond NT(PB)对P R,P1组,自酸蚀粘接系统(G-Bond,GB)对G R、G1组进行粘接,用万能材料测试机及扫描电镜分别对样品微拉伸粘接强度和粘接界面进行检测和分析。结果:P1和G1组牙本质微拉伸粘接强度均显著低于其对照P R和G R组(P<0.01);P1组牙本质微拉伸粘接强度显著高于G1组(P<0.01)。扫描电镜观察,P1组牙本质形成的混合层厚度较对照组薄,树脂突长与牙本质小管结合不紧密,有细小树脂突侧支形成。G1组牙本质形成的混合层厚度较对照组薄,未见树脂突及树脂突侧支形成。结论:放射线损伤可降低PB以及GB与牙本质的微拉伸粘接强度,但PB的粘接强度仍高于GB。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of irradiation on microtensile bond strength of dentin. Methods: 20 freshly extracted and caries-free third molars were randomly divided into four groups( n = 5) and dentin surface of all teeth was exposed. The teeth in P1and G1groups were irradiated fractionally up to 60 Gy,those in group P R and G R were not irradiated as the controls. The dentin of the teeth in group P R and P1was bonded with total-etching adhesive Prime& Bond NT( PB),that in group G R and G1with self-etching adhesive G-Bond( GB). After measuring the microtensile bond strength,the bond interface was observed by SEM. Results: The microtensile bond strength of the irradiated dentin with PB or GB was significantly lower than that of the control dentin( P < 0. 01). The microtensile bond strength of irradiated dentin with PB was significantly higher than that with GB( P < 0. 01). SEM displayed that the hybrid layer thickness of the samples in P1and G1groups was less than that in the control group,and only a few resin tags were observed in lateral branches of dentinal tubules in the samples of group P1while no resin tags observed in group G1. Conclusion: Radiation may decrease the microtensile bond strength of dentin with PB or GB. PB may produce higher microtensile bond strength with irradiated dintin than GB.
