碳氮质量浓度比值对SBBR工艺处理城市污水脱氮的影响

【摘要】 目的研究在碳源不足的条件下,外加碳源碳氮质量浓度比值对序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)工艺处理低碳氮质量浓度比值城市污水脱氮特性的影响.方法在厌氧末期、好氧初期投加外加碳源乙酸钠,通过改变碳源的投加量相应的改变系统内的碳氮质量浓度比值.测量每次试验进出水COD、氨氮、亚硝酸氮、硝酸氮以及总氮的质量浓度变化.结果当外加碳源后碳氮质量浓度比值为5.88时,系统对COD质量浓度的去除率最高,达到95.6%;将碳氮质量浓度比值由3.48增大到11.79,但其对NH3-N的去除效果影响不大,去除率均在90%以上,当外加碳源后碳氮质量浓度比值为3.48时,NH3-N去除率最高为99.37%;外加碳源后的碳氮质量浓度比值为7.94时对TN的去除效果最好,去除率为83.95%.结论外加碳源的加入使得SBBR系统对低碳氮质量浓度比值生活污水中的COD、NH3-N、TN具有良好的去除效果,使系统脱氮性能提升.

【Abstract】 This paper studied the influence of ρ(C) /ρ(N) value of external carbon source on the nitrogen removal in the system with SBBR treating process.Through adding external carbon source at the end phase of the anaerobic and the initial phase of aerobic respectively,changing the carbon nitrogen ratios in system by the different carbon source dosage,the concentration of COD,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen were measured in each test.Results show that after addition of extra carbon source,when ρ(C) /ρ(N) is 5.88,the removal rate ofCOD is the highest and reaches 95.6%.If ρ(C) /ρ(N) value increases from 3.48 to 11.79,however,it has little effect on the removal of NH3- N and the removal rate is above 90%.If ρ(C) /ρ(N) value is 3.48,the removal rate is up to 99.37%;if ρ(C) /ρ(N) is 7.94,the removal rate of TN can be 83.95%,which is the best.It concludes that adding external carbon source,the SBBR system can have good removal effects for COD,NH3- N and TN in sewage with low ρ(C) /ρ(N)value,so that the nitrogen removal performance of the system can be increased.
