【摘要】 实验室是高等院校从事教学科研工作的阵地,实验室的安全环境是决定实验室能否顺利运行的重中之重。为了进一步提高高校实验室安全环境的管理水平,从清华大学化工系实验室安全管理的实践出发,分别从实验室安全规章制度的完善、安全队伍的建设、安全器械及措施的创新、安全检查的规范、实验室分级管理及安全教育与培训等方面进行了深入阐述,并对实验室未来管理模式的改革进行了初步展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The laboratory is the most important work place for teaching and research in colleges and universities.Especially,safety and environment of laboratory is a key point whether the laboratory could run successfully.In order to improve the level of college safety and environmental management in laboratories,according to our practice in Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University,this paper illustrates systematically safety and environment management in perspective of the laboratory regulation,management team construction,safe equipment modification and innovation,safety examination regime,level to level management,safety education and training.Furthermore,the reform of laboratory management in future is discussed.更多还原
