【摘要】 综合使用DEA方法和非参数检验方法对28个国家级经济管理类实验教学示范中心的建设绩效进行评估排序。首先,构建基于Kruskal-Wallis非参数检验的指标筛选方法,从国家级实验教学示范中心建设绩效评价指标中选择既有代表性,又能反映全面特征的若干指标,应用C2 R、BC2、超效率模型对各决策单元进行DEA效率分析,并根据超效率值对各决策单元进行排序,对非DEA有效决策单元进行目标改进值分析。最后,对当前高校的实验教学中心建设提出了几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes an evaluation on the construction performance of 28 national economic and management experimental teaching demonstration centers with DEA and nonparametric test.Firstly,it proposes a new index screening method based on Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric test,and with this method it screens some important indicators from the index system for the construction performance evaluation of the national experimental teaching demonstration center.Then,based on C2R model,BC2 model and super efficiency model of DEA,it analyses the DEA efficiency of all DMUs and ranks all DMUs according to the super efficiency score,and computes the improvement value for the non-DEA effective DMU.At last,some suggestions are put forward for the experiment teaching center construction in colleges and universities.更多还原
