依托多元化定量考核机制促创新人才培养

【摘要】 中国石油大学(华东)物理实验教学中心在实验教学和实验室管理2个层面,构建了面向学生、实验教师、实验技术人员的多元化定量考核体系,包含大学物理实验课程综合考核体系、教学综合考核体系、实验室管理综合考核体系。多元化考核体系实现了实验教学管理与实验室管理的有机融合,促进了学生、实验教师、实验技术人员等教学参与者的协同发展。在全校各专业大学生中开展物理创新实验培养,集不同专业背景优势,加快大学生创新培养步伐的教学目标得到落实。

【Abstract】 The Physics Experiment Teaching Center of China University of Petroleum(East China)has built the quantitative evaluation system for the diversity of students,experimental teachers and experimental technicians in two aspects of the experimental teaching and laboratory management.The evaluation system is composed of three parts,including the university physics experiment course comprehensive assessment system,the teaching evaluation system and the laboratory management evaluation system.The diversified evaluation system has realized the organic combination of experimental teaching and laboratory management,promoting the coordinated development of teachers,technicians and students.Based on the evaluation system,the teaching goal to carry out physical innovation experiment in all students and to speed up the pace of the innovative training gathering the advantage of different majors has been implemented.
