采用B/S架构的半导体TCAD网络实验教学平台构建研究
Practical teaching network platform for semiconductor TCAD by using B/S architecture
【摘要】 基于B/S(浏览器/服务器)架构,开发了一款适用于高校微电子专业实验教学的半导体TCAD网络实验教学平台。该平台的核心是一台运行于Linux系统的高性能服务器,TCAD软件运行在服务器端,教学平台管理者(教师)拥有利用telnet、SSH等终端登录工具登录服务器的资格和权力,而学生则通过指定端口利用浏览器来使用该平台。该平台的优点是由于学生只需通过基于Windows系统的浏览器访问服务器,不必熟悉Unix或Linux等类Unix操作系统,极大地方便了学生的使用,并且无需在服务器端为每个学生建立账户,可节省服务器硬件成本和网络管理成本,并大大地提高了系统的安全性。同时,采用该方式降低了服务器的负载,初步实验结果显示采用该方式比采用传统的图形界面登录服务器时的负荷降低了约58%。
【Abstract】 A TCAD(Technology Computer Aided Design)network platform,based on B/S(Browser/Server)structure,is developed,which is suitable for microelectronics practical teaching of university students.The core of this platform is a high performance Linux server,on which the TCAD software runs.Administrators(teachers)have permissions of login through telnet,SSH,etc.,methods.However,users(students)have to use an Internet browser to access the platform via specific ports.The main advantage of this platform is that the students can use the network with Browser based on Windows OS,which is easier to use than Unix or Linux for students.Next,it is not necessary to create an account for individual student,therefore,the cost of hardware and management of the server is reduced significantly,while the system security is greatly improved.Finally,this scheme can also reduce the server load.Preliminary experimental results show that the load of server is reduced about 58 percent by using this proposed technique,compared with the traditional graphical login method.
