深化人才培养模式改革 提升大学生创新实践能力

【摘要】 以优化人才培养体系为切入点,对开放自主式创新人才培养模式进行了研究;从教学内涵建设、"卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施、综合性创新实践活动开展等方面,阐述了创新实践教育践行平台的构建。介绍了校企协同、产学研密切结合的实践教学平台建设。通过人才培养模式改革与实践,提升了大学生创新实践能力,取得了良好成效。

【Abstract】 Starting with the optimization of the training system,this article studies the training mode of open autonomous innovative talents.This article elaborates on the construction of innovative practical platform from the construction of the teaching connotation,the implementation of the excellence engineer training plan,the promotion of the comprehensive innovative practices and some other respects.This article also introduces the construction of the school-enterprise collaborated practical teaching platform,which integrates the production,the study and the research together closely.The reform and practice of the talent training mode enhance the innovative and practical ability of undergraduates.The good results have been obtained.
