气化炉运行引起楼层振动的实验研究和计算机模拟
Experimental research and computer simulation of floor vibration caused by gasifier
【摘要】 设备机组振动对厂房的影响越来越受到人们的重视,已经成为厂房设计和使用中的一个关键问题。基于山西省"十一"五重点工程晋煤集团天溪煤制油分公司10万吨/年煤基MTG合成油示范工程项目,对气化炉运行引起的楼层振动进行了实验研究和计算机模拟,找出了设备机组振动的根源和规律,为减振方案设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Much more attention is paid to the impact of vibration of equipment unit on mill,which has been a key issue in the design and use of plant.In the present study,based on the 11 th Five-year key demonstration project of 100 thousands ton coal-based MTG synthetic oil per year of Tianxi coal-oil branch of Shanxi Coal Group,the floor vibration caused by the use of gasifier is investigated by experimental research and the numerical simulation.The cause and properties of the vibration of equipment unit are found out,which provides the basis for the design of vibration reduction.
