【摘要】 精品资源共享课是国家"十二五"建设的本科教学工程的重要内容,我们讲授的本科生"细胞与遗传学实验"课程于2013年成功被教育部立项。该文介绍该课程建设的创新点,包括开放式、研究性实验教学模式的创建、本科生自主设计实验项目,特别是组建以青年教师为主体的实验教学队伍,在青年教师培养中引入反思性教学理念,并将青年教师教学能力的提高与精品资源共享课建设有机地结合起来,取得了较好的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Boutique resource sharing course is an important part of the national"Twelfth Five Year Plan."The undergraduates’ Experiments of Cells and Genetics course was taught to be successful in 2013 Ministry of Education project.This paper describes the innovations in the course of construction,including the creation of an open,research experimental teaching mode,self-designed undergraduate pilot projects,especially to the formation of the young teachers as the main body of the experimental teaching team,which would improve the quality of boutique resource sharing course and teaching ability of young teachers,and achieved good results.更多还原
