【摘要】 面对高校安全生产的现状和党中央提出的"以人为本、安全发展"的工作方针,作者阐述了高校安全生产的含义,分析了目前国内高校安全生产管理工作在政府、学校、个人三方面存在的问题,提出了构建高校安全生产体系的总体思路和重要工作要点,结合北京理工大学安全生产体系建设和运行的实践经验,总结了该体系运行过程中显现的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the present situation of work-safety of colleges and universities as well as the"peopleoriented,safe-development" working policy which is advocated by the Communist Party of China Central Committee,the definition of the work-safety of colleges and universities is put forward for the first time,and the resent challenges of work-safety management of colleges and universities among the government,school and individuals are analyzed.Moreover,the general idea and key point of establishing work-safety production system of colleges and universities are presented,combining the practical experience of the work-safety management system established and operated in Beijing Institute of Technology,its effect is obvious in the operation.更多还原
