【Abstract】 Taking the current asset management responsibilities and contents as perspective in colleges and universities,the asset management will be divided into value management and use management. Correspondingly,the asset management team posts,including administrative management posts,professional and technical posts,technical services posts and general services posts,involve in engineering,experiment, accounting and other technical series.On this basis of defining the ability of various posts corresponding quality requirements,this paper proposes some suggestions on construction measures for management system and operation mechanism.更多还原
