基于VB的减速器拆装虚拟实验系统的开发

【摘要】 运用SolidWorks软件建立了减速器常用零部件的三维实体模型,并对减速器进行了虚拟拆装过程的动画制作及运动仿真。利用VB软件设计开发了减速器拆装虚拟实验系统。以常用的两级圆柱齿轮减速器虚拟拆装实验为例,介绍了虚拟实验系统在实验教学中的应用。实践结果表明,通过该虚拟实验系统并结合减速器实物拆装进行实验教学,弥补了传统的实验教学的不足,提高了实验教学效率和质量。该虚拟实验系统还可用在"机械设计"及其课程设计的理论课教学中。

【Abstract】 The three-dimensional entity models of the typical reducer parts are built by using SolidWorks software.The animation and motion simulations of the virtual disassembly and assembly are carried through. The virtual disassembly and assembly experiment system of reducer is designed and developed by using programming technology of VB software.The virtual disassembly and assembly experiment system is applied to the experimental teaching of the two-stage cylindrical gear reducer.The result shows that it can combine the virtual experiment system with the reducer physical disassembly and assembly experimental teaching,the deficiency of the traditional experimental teaching is made up,and the teaching efficiency and quality are improved.Meanwhile,the virtual experimental system can also be used in the theoretical teaching of the mechanical design and curriculum design.
