9000m自升式海洋井架的研制
Development of the 9000 m Self-elevating Offshore Derrick
【摘要】 针对深海深层油气资源的勘探开发不断深入,海洋勘探对深海工程装备的勘探井深要求提高的现状,研制了9 000 m自升式海洋井架。该井架采用直立无绷绳、多节套装、自升式、K形结构,自带起升绞盘,安装方便且占地面积小。井架采用小模块设计,每个模块总质量小于17t,满足海洋平台现场吊装要求。井架本体及关键受力部件采用热喷铝防腐处理及喷涂海洋防腐油漆工艺,满足海洋环境防腐要求。井架载荷试验结果表明,在最大试验载荷6 750 k N时,井架最大应力部位的应力值为148.2 MPa,该部位井架材料屈服强度为325.0 MPa,由此得井架的安全系数为2.19,大于API Spec4F所要求的安全系数1.67,因此井架强度满足要求。9 000 m自升式海洋井架的成功研制,将进一步推动深海深层钻井装备的国产化。
【Abstract】 Considering the situation that the deepwater engineering equipment needs to be improved with the exploration and development of oil and gas resources in deepwater,a 9 000 m self-elevating offshore derrick is developed. The derrick has the features of upright without anchor line, multi-section package, self-elevating, Kshaped structure,self-contained hoisting winch,easy installation and small footprint to meet the offshore platform installation requirements. By using small modular design,the mass of each module of the derrick is less than 17 t,meeting the requirements of offshore platform onsite lifting. The derrick body and the key stressed components have been treated with thermal aluminum spraying and offshore anti-corrosive paint to meet the anti-corrosion requirements for marine environment. The successful development of the 9 000 m self-elevating offshore derrick will further promote the domestication of deepwater drilling equipment.
