深水导管架平台极限承载能力分析
Analysis on Ultimate Bearing Capacity of Deepwater Jacket Platform
【摘要】 以我国南海深水的固定式导管架平台为研究对象,采用SESAM软件的Geni E模块进行了有限元建模,分析了作用在平台上的基本载荷和环境载荷,对平台进行了无初始缺陷和考虑腐蚀条件的极限承载能力分析,同时将3个服役期平台的极限承载能力进行对比。建模时将土壤划分了15层,并采用API规范模拟桩-土之间的相互作用力。分析结果表明,当载荷从不同方向作用时,平台的极限承载能力各有差异,载荷从西南、东南、东北和西北4个方向作用时平台的强度储备系数比其他方向小很多;在考虑海水对平台的腐蚀作用后,平台在东、西、南、北4个方向加载时强度储备系数发生了明显下降,随着服役时间的延长这种下降会更加明显。
【Abstract】 The finite element modeling is conducted for the fixed deepwater jacket platform serving in South China Sea by using Geni E module of SESAM. The base loads and environmental loads on the platform are analyzed. The ultimate bearing capacity of the platform is also analyzed in zero initial defects or corrosive conditions. Then,the ultimate bearing capacities of the platform in three service periods are compared. In the model,the soil is divided into 15 layers,and the API Specification is applied to simulate pile-soil interaction. The results show that the platform experiences different ultimate bearing capacities when it is applied with loads in different directions. Strength reserve coefficients of the platform are significantly lower when loads are applied in the southwest,southeast,northeast or northwest direction. Taking the corrosive effects of seawater on the platform into consideration,the strength reserve coefficients of the platform decline with the loads from east,west,south or north direction,and the declination will be more significant with the increase of service time.
